Studio Flash lighting using your own flashguns, never used ?

Two Professional high quality lighting stands extending to 7 feet 3 inches (2.2m) which are capable of carrying heavy flash heads, so, if you decide you can afford a Bowens flash head next year then this stand will be fine with the weight of that flash head. Our stands are not the common, cheap, lightstands which you get off other ebay sellers who are just box shifters. Our stands have a large footprint, they are made from large diameter tubes, are strong yet lightweight and are therefore very stable. Two swivel brackets to fit the stand and take the shoe flashgun which must have a lock on the shoe, either of the lever lock or screw clamp type. Whilst the push-on shoe flashguns will fit on they may come loose and drop off if you cannot clamp them. Two reflector umbrellas, these are the two-sided type offering a silver reflector surface or a white matt reflector surface. To change them you simply pull off the canopy ends off the frame and reverse the canopy.
